Watch the new trailer for the upcoming Icelandic film VULTURES

The first trailer for the Icelandic film Vultures has been released.

In an attempt to fix his precarious financial situation, a lawyer and his brother conspire to smuggle a considerable amount of cocaine to Iceland. But when the mule turns sick upon her arrival and is unable to pass the drugs, the brothers are faced with the dilemma of how to salvage the deal.

The film is directed by Börkur Sigþórsson and produced by Baltasar Kormákur and Agnes Johansen for RVK Studios. It stars Gísli Örn GarðarssonBaltasar Breki Samper, Anna Próchniak and Marijana Jankovic.

The Icelandic release date is the 4th of May, with no international release announced.

    It looks to be riveting in its suspense…. I am a great fan of Ms. Anna Próchniak and I already see that the director has made an excellent choice, just on the basis of the few seconds of her appearance in this trailer….
