A new trailer has been released for the Norwegian WWII drama The 12th Man.

The film is set during the Second World War and follows a group of 12 saboteurs. When the Nazi’s kill 11 of them, one gets away and the film follows his journey.

Norway has a long history of producing WWII dramas, and some recent notable films include The King’s Choice and Max Manus: Man of War.

The 12th Man stars Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Julia Bache-Wiig, Mads Sjøgård Pettersen, and Vegar Hoel. The film is directed by Harald Zwart and will be released in Norwegian cinemas on the 25th of December but will have its world premiere in Tromsø on the 14th of December.
