The new round of investigations of crime reporter Dicte Svendsen (Iben Hjejle – pictured) in Dicte-Season 2 will be back on Danish television on September 24, airing at 20.00 on TV2 Denmark.

In the upcoming season Dicte has to face new challenges at her newspaper Dagbladet but also with her family, friends and sweetheart, and we also discover new aspects of the personality of police head investigator John Wagner (Lars Brygmann). The first season was one of the biggest successes in recent years for TV 2 Denmark in 2013 with an average of more than 1.2 million viewers, a rating of 23 percent and a share of 49 percent.

The 10 part series is written again by Dorte W. Høgh and Ida Maria Rydén based on Elsebeth Egholm’s fictional character. Miso Film produces for TV 2 in collaboration with TV4 Sweden, TV2 Norway and support from the DFI’s Public Service Fund among others.
