The largest film festival in the Danish capital, CPH:PIX, will be platforming the directorial debuts of several promising directors. The festival, which runs between April 9 and 22, will be promoting acts such as Jeppe Rønde’s Bridgend, Limbo by Anna Sofie Hartmann, and Elite by Thomas Daneskov.
Festival director Jacob Neiindam says those three films “showcase a diversity and nerve we have been missing in our ficiton films, and they are just the tip of the iceberg.”
Other Danish directors that will launch their films at CPH:PIX include Thomas Vinterberg (Far From The Madding Crowd), Samanou Achece Sahlstrom (In Your Arms) and Christian Braad Thomsen (Fassbinder – To Love Without Demands).
