THE MOSCOW TRILOGY to become television series

The Nordic channel C More has announced it is planning to create an eight-part television series based on the first book from the Moscow Trilogy, The Director from Saint Petersburg.

The books, written by  Camilla Grebe and Paul Leander-Engström, follow Swedish Blixen who goes to work in an investment bank in Moscow. In The Director From Saint Petersburg, he hopes to handle all the corruption and power struggles. However, he is soon drawn into a world of violence and turns to prosecutor Sergei Skurov for help. The research leads them to the innermost circles in the Kremlin.

The series is inspired by Engström’s own experiences of Russia’s financial market in the 1990s.

Little is known about the production of the series.
