The film will be screened on the 8th of November at TIFF Bell Lightbox, the headquarters of the Toronto International Film Festival.

The King’s Choice stars Jesper Christensen (The Legacy) and Anders Baasmo Christiansen (Welcome to Norway!, Børning). It’s set during the German invasion of Norway in 1940 over three days, where King Haakon VII was faced with the Germans’ demand for a passive government. The events take took place turned a brave man into the people’s king.
