THE GUILTY picked up for distribution in new territories

The new Danish film The Guilty has been picked up for distribution in new countries around the world, meaning so far the film has been sold to over 100 territories.

The latest deals include Italy (Movies Inspired), Spain (Caramel), Latin America (California), Poland (Gutek), Singapore (Anticipate), Korea (Cine Lux), Israel (Nachshon) and Turkey (Filmarti).

The Guilty is a thrilling film set entirely within the room of an emergency dispatcher who receives increasingly disturbing calls from a kidnapped woman. Gustav Moller is the director, with Jakob Cedergren in the leading role.

The Danish film has been travelling around various international film festivals, but recently won the world cinema audience award at Sundance and the audience prize at IFFR. We review The Guilty in the new issue of Cinema Scandinavia, which you can read here.
