The first trailer for THE DAY WILL COME has arrived!

The upcoming Danish film, The Day Will Come (Der kommer en dag), has had its first trailer posted on the internet much to the delight of Lars Mikkelsen and Sofie Gråbøl fans, both of which star in the Zentropa-produced film.

Set in the 1960s, the film centres around two young brothers – Elmer and Erik – who are placed in a boys home located in Gudbjerg, a home that has been long forgotten. Armed with only a vivid imagination and hope, the boys engage in a battle against their Headmaster (Mikkelsen) and his lethal tyranny. The Day Will Come also stars David Dencik and Sonja Richter.

The Day Will Come will have its Danish release on the 21st of February and is directed by Jesper W. Nielsen and produced by Zentropa. Nordisk Film handles distribution, and no international release dates have been announced.
