The lead character of the film will be played by Gerda Lie Kaas, Nikolaj Lie Kaas‘ daughter. Richter will play Clara’s aunt Isa.

Wild Witch will be directed by Kasper Munk and produced by Good Company Films in co-production with the UK’s Nevision, Sweden’s Yellow Bird, Norway’s Cinenord and Hungary’s Proton.

Filming started last week in Hungary, and Wild Witch is due to be released on the 11th of October 2018.
