Season two of OCCUPIED to air on Sky Atlantic

Season two of the Norwegian political series Occupied has been confirmed to be premiering on Sky Atlantic in the United Kingdom this month.

Season two kicks off after the first season concluded, with the Russian occupation still in Norway. In the first episode of the second season we follow the steps to form an exile government, and the negotiations with EU and Russia in the wake of a military confrontation at a gas plant.

It will premiere on Sky Atlantic on Wednesday the 18th of April at 9pm, also becoming available on Sky’s streaming service.

Occupied was released originally in the UK in Netflix along with the releases in Australia, the US, and other major territories. However, it was taken down within 24 hours. Season one is still available on Netflix, so perhaps it will be released there later.
