Norwegian television series Eyewitness has become the first Norwegian drama to get a US remake, with DRG selling a US version of the NRK series to the cable channel USA Network and its sister studio Universal Cable Productions.
The US adaptation of Eyewitness will be adapted by Shades of Blue creator Adi Hasak. The original version of Eyewitness premiered on NRK1 last year and was sold to Arte for France and Germany and DVD for the UK.
Mammon has been remade for HBO Europe, but not the US. Anneke von der Lippe recently won the International Emmy for Best Actress.
What do you think about a US remake of the series?
