Norwegian Film Institute Backs Seven New Films

Seven new Norwegian feature films have received production funding from the Norwegian Film Institute, which totals 65.7 million NOK (or almost 11 million USD). The list of films includes new projects from Norwegian directors Erik Poppe, Erik Sjoldbaerg, and Arild Frohlich. Of the selection includes a film about Christmas, a comedy about finding a way through a friendship as well as magic and sex, a psychological drama adapted from Ingvar Ambjørnsen’s novel. and the sequel to Doctor Proctors Fart Powder, which is currently showing in Berlin.
