NFI supports ‘Supervention 2’

The Norwegian Film Institute has announced that it is giving NOK 4 million in production funding to Supervention 2  – the sequel to the 2013 documentary Supervention (2013) about modern freeskiing and snowboarding.

Supervention followed a group of the world’s most talented skiers and snowboarders in a trip through exotic destinations in Norway, Sweden, Canada, USA and NZ. The upcoming sequel will describe the unpredictable and challenging journeys of a group of sky and snowboard athletes during two seasons: from young, ambitious participants who constantly push boundaries, to the veteran who wishes to get back into the game.

Supervention 2 is directed by Jan Petter Aarskog, Even Sigstad and Filip Christensen and produced by Christensen for Field Productions.
