New feature film coming from Peter Grönlund

Peter Grönlund is set to direct his second feature film Goliath, which will be produced by B-Reel Films.

Grönlund previously directed Drifters (Tjuvheder), which followed two women’s newfound friendship and their struggles in Stockholm’s underworld. Drifters won six of Sweden’s Guldbagge Awards, including Best Script and Best Director for Peter Grönlund.

Goliath is a drama-thriller with strong social and political themes. It tells the story of a teenage boy living in a small industrial town somewhere in Sweden who has to take over the shady family business after his criminal father gets jailed.

Goliath will start shooting in September, with an expected release date of autumn 2018.
