A new Danish film called The Guilty has just wrapped, with plans for release in autumn 2017.
The Guilty stars Jakob Cedergren, who plays a police officer turned alarm-central dispatcher who is haunted by guilt from his past. He tried to redeem himself by saving – over the phone – a kidnapped woman. The film is part of Nordisk Film Production’s ‘Spring Scheme’, which means the film was shot in real time, in one night, one location, and one main character.
The film is directed by Gustav Möller, who won the Special Mention award at Copenhagen’s Nordic Talents 2015 alongside producer Line Flint. The Guilty is also supported by the Danish Film Institute’s New Danish Screen.
