Love and Engineering by Tonislav Hristov will be premiere in April at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York as part of the Viewpoints section, which is committed to launching fresh voices and embracing risky and original storytelling.
The documentary is about the incompatibility between women and engineers. The story follows 34 year old Atanas, a Bulgarian mathematician living in Finland, who is trying to structure a scientific formula of love and dating. Atanas keeps mentoring sessions for engineering students, encouraging them to date women and give them guidance how to behave with them. The students date and return to Atanas, who analyses their experiences and then tries to formulate his theory.
