HEARTSTONE picks up more awards around the world

The Icelandic film Heartstone has continued its winning streak with two more international awards.

At the youth festival BUFF in Malmö, Sweden, the film won the Church of Sweden Award.

Over at the Guadalajara International Film Festival in Mexico, the film won a Special Mention in the Premio Maguey section.

Lead actors Baldur Einarsson and Blær Hinriksson were in attendance in Sweden and Mexico; Einarsson in Malmö and Hinriksson in Guadalajara.

Heartstone has won a total of 26 awards including 13 in 2017. Heartstone was our 2016 Film of the Year in the Cinema Scandinavia Awards.
