Swedish doco ‘Every Face Has a Name’ wins in Greece

Every Film Has a Name

Magnus Gertten’s documentary Every Face Has a Name was handed out a FIPRESCI award for Best International Documentary at the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival that closed on Sunday. The Swedish film about survivors of World War II concentration camps, who recognize themselves in archival materials from the times, continues its festival run and its next stop mid-April will be Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival in the US.

The film produced by Auto Images has been sold for broadcasting to more than 11 territories and is currently playing in Swedish cinemas.
