British distribution company Arrow Films have acquired rights to Danish comedy Men and Chicken and Danish thriller The Idealist with plans to release in the UK this year, ScreenDaily has reported. Arrow Films also plans to release Follow the Money on television.

Arrow Films have previously released several huge Nordic films in the United Kingdom, including A Pigeon Sat on a BranchThe Hunt, A Hijacking and Love is All You Need, which went on to become a number one box office hit in the UK for a Danish film.

The two new titles will also be promoted to Arrow Film’s Nordic Noir and Beyond fanbase, which has seen growth from The Legacy and The Bridge III.
